Jeremy is the current Pitching Coach for Riverton High School.

He previously was the Pitching Coach for the SLCC Bruins. His first stint was 2015-2017, before returning from 2021-2024. In his first year back he helped the team win a conference title and region 18 title. Along the way, the pitching staff finished 1st in the nation in ERA, which includes 3 players in the top 5 for the individual leaderboard. He also helped lead SLCC to the JUCO World Series in 2023 for the first time in program history.

 

Prior to SLCC, Jeremy was Head Coach at Lone Peak HS in Highland, UT for 4 years. He led the team to be 6A runner-up in 2019 while being voted 6A coach of the year by the UHSBCA. 

 

Berg’s playing career included playing 6 years professionally in the Angels and Cardinals organizations making it to AAA for 4 of those years with the Salt Lake Bees. He graduated from High Point University in North Carolina. 

 

A native of Ventura, CA his family includes wife Michelle and 2 boys, Britton and Baylor. He currently resides in Riverton, UT.
