I will design a program specific to your needs. My philosophy is effective movement patterns, this carries into both pitching and personal training. I will teach you to move more efficiently with less pain and perform at levels you have not reached in the past.
My coaching career includes the Pitching Coach at Salt Lake Community College from 2015-2017 & 2021-2024, Head Baseball Coach for Lone Peak High School from 2017-2021, and the Utah Marshalls from 2015-2017. I am now currently coaching at Riverton High School. Formerly I played for the Salt Lake Bees from 2011-2014.
