I will design a program specific to your needs. My philosophy is effective movement patterns, this carries into both pitching and personal training. I will teach you to move more efficiently with less pain and perform at levels you have not reached in the past.

I was Head Baseball Coach for Lone Peak High School in Highland, UT from 2017-2021. Prior to that I was the Pitching Coach at Salt Lake Community College and the Utah Marshalls from 2015-2017. I have returned to SLCC beginning in 2021. Formerly I played for the Salt Lake Bees from 2011-2014.
